Ever since he got to Philadelphia, Nakobe Dean has been visiting middle schools across the region to raise awareness and improve the quality of health and dental care of youth. In the Month of November, we celebrated a few national holidays including Election Day, Veterans Day, and Thanksgiving. Leading up to Thanksgiving, Nakobe Dean partnered with Urban Affairs Coalition and Brown’s Chef’s Market to provide Thanksgiving meals to over 2,000 families.
We would also like to celebrate RJ Nembhard for being picked up by the Motor City Cruise, the Detroit Pistons G-League team.
